Volume 3 of the Complete IR-Guide deals with two topics that are steadily in the mind of any pilot before and during a flight: Where to go and how to get there most comfortably and safely. The subject meteorology discusses the basics of weather and teaches the cadet pilot how to make decisions before and during a flight under IMC - instrument meteorological conditions.
In the navigation part, the pilot reader learns about the correct and efficient use of radio navigation, which comprises navigational aids, approach procedures as well as the use of GNSS.
