Deliveries to private customers in Great Britain are unfortunately not possible at the moment.

We usually ship in-stock items on the day we receive your order or the following business day. Approximate shipping time schedules can be found in the shipping costs table.

Payment options:

  • Within Germany we accept prepayment, credit card (MasterCard / Visa) or PayPal.
  • We also supply to registered customers in Germany on open account. Creditworthiness is required. If you wish to order on open account make sure that your account number with us is provided in your account data in the online store. 
  • Outside Germany, we accept prepayment, payment by credit card or PayPal.

    Prepayment:
    If you have chosen prepayment  you will receive an email with the payment amount and all payment details after processing your order in our ERP manually.
    This mail will be created in addition to the automated confirmation of receipt you will receive immediately after sending your order.
