Digital multipurpose instrument with EASA approval. In addition to being used as an artificial horizon, the Garmin G5 can display additional flight data such as speed, altitude and rate of climb or descent. Alternatively, the G5 can be configured as a display for other Garmin devices. The 3.5" display is easy to read, even in direct sunlight. The instrument installs easily in a standard 3” cut-out. Supplied with lightning protection module, installation kit and backup battery for up to 4 hours of operation. The GMU 11 magnetometer included in the package enables the G5 to display of magnetic compass information.
