Lightspeed’s Delta Zulu is more than a new premium ANR headset. In addition to excellent noise attenuation, the headset features innovations for cockpit safety.

An integrated sensor provides an audible warning of carbon monoxide. Warning thresholds can be set and CO levels recorded during flight in the Lightspeed iOS smartphone app. Another new feature is HearingEQity™. This system optimally adapts the frequency response to your hearing profile by a hearing test within the Lightspeed iOS smartphone app. This ensures crystal clear flight communication.

The Zulu Delta features the excellent wearing comfort of the Zulu series. Magnesium alloy ear cups, stainless steel headband, ear cup pads and head cushion with soft leather cover, flexible microphone boom with electret microphone. Control panel with status LEDs as well as separate volume controls for left and right, power supply via AA cells or rechargeable batteries with PJ and U/174 connectors or on-board power supply with LEMO connector. Cable and Bluetooth connection for cell phones and other audio sources. Delivery includes high-quality carrying bag windscreen, battery pack, mains adapter, battery holder, UAC to USB type A cable.

Supported by a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty on material and workmanship. Expendable parts and damages caused by misusage are excluded.

Ausgezeichneter Tragekomfort - Gute Geräuschdämpfung

Habe das Headset seit einigen Wochen im Einsatz. Geräuschdämpfung und Passform sind super. Die Warnung vor Kohlenmonoxid gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit.

Das Headset ist schnell und gut verpackt geliefert worden. Die Aktive Noise Reduction (ANR) bleibt zumindest bei Brillenträgern deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Leider funktionierte das Mikrofon nicht. Das Headset wurde zurückgeschickt und ein Bose A30 bestellt.
