From 2023-12-01 you will receive a free update for the new ICAO maps for Germany 2024. These maps will be available about April 2024. The offer is only valid for the ICAO charts of Germany, ICAO chart packages Central Europe, Europe or with updates of these charts. It is not valid for any other digital charts.
The extent of supply includes an "Airfield Guide" airfield chart.

Schöne Software zur Flugplanung. Zum größten Teil sehr intuitiv (paar Sachen findet man nicht sofort, aber wenn man\'s dann einmal weiß geht\'s). Macht Routen planen einfach, man kann viel herumprobieren was nun eine optimale Strecke ist (und lernt dabei auch Umgebung, Lufträume besser kennen, was durch die Zoom Option einfacher ist als auf der Papierkarte). Einblendbare Hinweise zu Wetter (GAFOR, METAR, Wind), Lufträumen, NOTAMS, etc. funktionieren prima (man kann z.B. mit seinen pc_met Account direkt verknüpfen). Dass z.B. Wind (vorher aktuell abrufen) direkt eingebunden und berechnet wird, ist schon echt komfortabel.

Das Ausdrucken des Flugplans in verschiedenen Formaten (A5 fürs Kniebrett oder als detailliertes A4 LBA Formular) ist übersichtlich und praktisch (soll ja kein Ersatz sein dass man es nicht auch manuell könnte, aber erleichtert die Arbeit halt sehr und spart Zeit). Ebenso Weight&Balance sowie Start-/Landestreckenberechnung.

Ich hab mir zusätzlich die iPad App geholt (nicht ganz so toll dass die nochmal 200€ extra kostet, aber ok, worth it), das Übertragen der geplanten Route auf die mobilen Geräte funktioniert problemlos (ebenso aufs iPhone, muss man aber nicht nochmal separat bezahlen). Die Moving Map (GPS) funktioniert während des Fluges auf dem iPad erstaunlich gut. Schönes Backup fürs fliegen.

Etwas schade dass man die Anflugkarten nochmal extra bezahlen muss. Dennoch, die Software kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Ich habe das Programm verschenkt an einen SPIC, aber das Feedback, das ich bekommen habe, war sehr positiv. Das Produkts sei ideal für die Planung einer Flugroute und zusätzlich auch, um mit entsprechender Literatur die Zusammenhänge bei der Flugvorbereitung zu lernen.
